Jak's Entertainment Award

Do you have a web page that relates to entertainment? If you do why don't you submit your site for Jak's Entertainment Award. It's simple just put the appropriate information in the form below. I will review your application and if it is appropriate I will send you a message with the HTML code to insert on either your INDEX page or a specific awards page NOT A LINKS PAGE. After inserting the code please drop me a note at see-wolf@geocities.com to inform me where the code is located. After verifying its existence I'll insert your link on this page.

Here are the requirements.

• the page must have something to do with entertainment. It can be about an actor or actress, books, movies, theater or music.
• Can not Contain adult material and/or offensive material.
• You also can't sell anything from the page.
• The page you submit must not take more than 45 seconds to download.
• Nowhere on the page can the words "under construction" appear.
• The page must be easy to navigate. If image maps are on the page a text version must be easily accessible.
• If the page has frames a version without frames must be available.
• If someone has Java or Java Script turned off it still must be possible to access the page.

If you are successful you will receive a message but if for whatever reason I don't think you're page is appropriate you won't receive anything from me. Please only submit a page once!
