Brief Character History: Annie spends her days trying to get whatever she wants. She had a thing for Ben Evans and still resents the fact that he stopped dating her when he met her roommate and his future wife, Maria. Because of their shared past, Ben remains friends with Annie. When Annie’s father was murdered, he left everything to his mistress, Olivia Richards, leaving Annie without a trust fund or property. Annie resents Olivia both for displacing her of her inheritance and for having her father’s affection, something Annie forever struggled to win. Annie’s main ally was her roommate, Aunt Bette. Aunt Bette puts up with Annie's manipulations most of the time. Annie and Tim teamed up to try and break up Meg and Ben. During that time, she and Tim struggled to resist their own attraction to each other. Their schemes included writing fake entries in Maria’s diary that implicated Ben in her death and then planting the diary for Meg to read. They’ve also tricked Meg into a cave where she was led to believe Ben murdered Maria. Annie then sought her claws on Gregory Richards. Her plan was to marry him by the end of June so she would receive her inheritence from her deceased father. To accomplish her plan she stole Olivia's baby to give to Caitlin, Olivia's daughter, who suffered a miscarriage. The "death" of Olivia's baby caused problems for Gregory and Olivia. Annie succeeded in seducing Gregory away from Olivia and married him June 30. Olivia found out that Annie stole her baby and she began blackmailing Annie by threatening to tell Gregory about the baby. Annie in return has been blackmailing Olivia by threatening to tell Caitlin about Olivia's affair with Caitlin's husband, Cole.
