Sunset Beach's mother of three LESLEY-ANNE DOWN (Olivia) gave birth on March 11 to son George Edward FauntLeRoy, her first child with husband Don. E. FauntLeRoy. "The hardest part now is remembering how to change diapers," she smiles. "It is not like riding a bicycle. You do forget." (The actress and her husband have three kids from previous marriages; Jack, 15, Julianna, 16 and Season, 17.) .

Sunset Beach's Kam Heskin (Caitlin) married her fiancé, Jonathan Cheriff, on Saturday, August 1 in a private Colorado ceremony. The couple is honeymooning in an undisclosed location for two weeks.

Sunset Beach's CLIVE ROBERTSON (Ben Evans) proposed to his longtime girlfriend Australian actress Libby Purvis on August 9 in New Orleans.

"I actually tried to propose three times over the span of the last week, but the circumstances were not quite perfect," admits Robertson. Last weekend, he took her to Santa Barbara with the intention of asking her hand in marriage. He chartered a yacht for the afternoon, then took her out to a five star restaurant for an elegant dinner, but "when the time came, it just wasn't quite right," says Robertson. Knowing he had already planned a surprise romantic getaway to New Orleans for the following weekend, he elected to wait for the right moment.

Once in New Orleans, the couple went to dinner at the Commanders Palace in the Garden District. A bad table in the smoking section halted Robertson's second chance at proposing, "Having just ordered the best champagne, once again I was thinking to myself 'There has got to be a better setting' so I balked again."

The following morning, in their romantic corner suite in a charming 1830's hotel in the French Quarter, Robertson finally proposed. "I had no idea all of this was going on behind the scenes," admitted Purvis. "We are both very excited," enthused Robertson.

A date has not been set, but the couple shared: "We have friends and family scattered across several continents. This will be a hard wedding to plan, but we are looking forward to it."

Robertson and Purvis met in London while studying drama and began dating about a year later. When Robertson landed his Beach role in 1996, they relocated to Los Angeles.

Real Life Romance

Tim Adams and Sherri Saum share a off-screen romance for almost a year now and it is as strong as ever. There was chemistry between them from the start but did not begin actually dating until August of 1997. Sherri was involved with someone long distance and Tim just denied his feelings until he realized he couldn't suppress them anymore.

Tim first noticed Sherri in the Spelling office and couldn't take his eyes off her. The first thing Sherri noticed about Tim was his derriere and Tim was surprised by that. He could not believe that it was the first thing she noticed. Sherri shyly admitted this was true.

Sherri admitted that just friendship would be difficult when seeing the person behind the buns. She said it wasn't easy being in the room with him and trying to keep a friendship when her feelings told her otherwise. Tim pursued her constantly and eventually Sherri relented as time went by.

When Tim took a trip to Thailand for his 30th birthday, Sherri realized how strongly she felt about Tim and how much she missed him. When he returned they started hanging out together. Must have been destiny.

Tim was thought of as a playboy on the set but he says that was just to take his mind off of the girl with the beautiful hair. Now they are enjoying what it feels like to fall in love. For New Year's Eve they had a romantic evening at Baja ,California. They would play outdoors like children and jump up and down on a trampoline. Then would just relax rocking back and forth on their backs while looking at the stars. Very romantic evening.

When it came to meeting Tim's parents Sherri was very nervous. Tim's mom made her feel comfortable and was delighted to meet her. She was also nervous about Tim meeting her parents because of how conservative they were but all went well and his outgoing ways won them over.

With all that out of the way they now just enjoy being together and renting old movies and kicking back with a pizza. They spend as much time together as they can.
