Brief Character History: Not much is known about Sara except that she came to Sunset Beach with a scandal that followed her. Sara was accused of having an affair with Congressman Blythe. Although she denied it, the press wouldn't leave her alone. Her so called friend Melinda Fall secretly taped Sara admitting that she did have an affair with Bob. Sara admitted to Casey that she had an affair with Bob Blythe. Casey took it upon himself to protect Sara from the press and Melinda. She was afraid to admit her affair to her parents because she thinks they might disown her. Her parents eventually found out and they forgave her and supported her completely. She has taken a great interest in Casey Mitchum. On a charity cruise, Melinda drugged Sara and Casey and put them in bed together and took scandalous photos of them. After a tidal wave hit a cruise ship Casey, Sara, and Melinda ended up trying to survive swimming in the ocean. Sara and Casey saw get eaten by a shark. They eventually ended up on a deserted island and they shared a passionate kiss until Meg and Ben finally ended their search by finding them. Sara thought the whole scandal was over until she saw the pictures of her and Casey in the Sunset Beach Sentinal and to her suprise Melinda Fall showed up alive and well, but with a wooden leg.
