Brief Character History: Tim looks like an all-American guy. Born and raised in Kansas he fell for Meg Cummings. He was going to marry his highschool sweetheart until on the day of their wedding Meg caught Tim kissing Connie, Meg's best friend. Meg left for Sunset Beach. Tim followed her and has been trying to win her love back ever since. He has plotted with Annie to break Meg and Ben up, but failed. The whole gang went to Terror Island where they ended up trying to escape a masked murderer. When Tim and Meg found Mark barely hanging on to his life, Mark said his last words "It was Ben." Ever since then, Tim tried to make Meg realize what a horrible person Ben is and he's going to kill her next. Tim followed "Ben" one night and "Ben" pushed Tim off a scaffolding and into a coma. What Tim didn't know was that it wasn't Ben, it was Ben's twin brother Derek who committed the murders and pushed him off the scaffolding. Tim recovered from his coma and he found out the truth about Ben. While he was in the hospital he met a strange woman who came to his room several times. Tim did not know who she was. He became friends with the amnesiac woman who was named Dana after she was found at Dana Point. He soon discovered from a picture that Dana was Ben's "dead" wife Maria. With the help from Annie Douglas, Tim planned on using Maria to break up Ben and Meg.
Thanks to the scheming of Derek and Tess, Tim was murdered and his body was put in cement that was used to make a statue dedicated to the lifeguards.
