A surprisingly funny political satire about the American presidency and war machine. With a flagging economy and low approval ratings, the President (Alan Alda) is advised to start a war. The only problem is the cold war is over, and no one is currently provoking us. After brainstorming about possible targets, they decide on our quiet, polite neighbors to the north: Canada. Both the U.S and Canada are skewered in this satire that is closer to the truth than Washington would like to admit.
