This is one of those 'need big money fast' kinds of films. Mitch (Norm Macdonald) and his buddy Sam need to raise a quick $50,000 to pay for a heart transplant for Artie's dad. So, the two incompetent boobs set out to do the only thing they're good at -- getting revenge. Their revenge for hire service does a few jobs, each played for laughs, but none able to generate many.
