Jerry Maguire is a sports agent who has an epiphany. He writes a paper about how his profession should concern the clients instead of money, and it costs him his job. One employee at the firm is so moved by the paper, she quits her job to work for Jerry. Unfortunately for them, he loses all of his clients except the high-flying, cocky football player, Rod Tidwell.
