Washington DC detective Dr. Alex Cross (Morgan Freeman) travels to North Carolina to investigate the apparent kidnapping of his niece. He finds she's the victim of a serial killer, but this psycho has a twist. He collects the girls to be used as sex slaves and only kills the ones who "misbehave."
