Quirky film about an older man (Danny Aiello) who drives a gorgeous, young woman (Angelina Jolie) to the Mojave Desert to see her mother. There, her mother's psychotic boyfriend terrorizes the family. The film is interesting, but nothing is motivated or makes sense. It's fairly entertaining, but there's no point to anything. I have no idea how this script could have been approved.
