This is a charming tale of the tiny Irish village, Tulaigh Morh (Tullymore), where someone in the village has won the national lottery. Two life-long friends intend to ingratiate themselves to that person if they can figure out who it is. The story has a few surprises, but it mostly goes right where you expect. It's an unabashedly happy story that is entertaining from start to finish.
