Carmen Sandiego is the greatest criminal of all time. She was an orphan at Golden Gates Girls School. She was given a chance to become a Acme Detective at a young age thanks to the Chief. She was excellent. She had solved many case single handily by 18. But she felt that there was no challenge. So she left Acme to become a criminal. She was very good at it to. She steals for the game of it, has only been caught once or twice, but she got away before she got to prison, and loves to leave clues behind her to have others follow her. She's stolen many valuable things like paintings, jewelry, artifacts, tried to change time, the works. Her I.Q. is probably 225 or higher. No one can really match her.
