Dark Specter is a creature of immense power.  He has brought together such villains as:  Rita Repulsa, Lord Zedd, King Mondo, Divatox, and Astronema.  Having captured Zordon, he plans on draining his energy to rule universe.  He assigned Astronema to defeat the Power Rangers and had Divatox take Zordon to the planet Hercuron to begin his draining his powers.  Soon, the Power Rangers discovered where Zordon was and went after him. Dark Specter had Astronima create a diversion while Divatox took him to another planet.  Dark Specter also warned Astronema that if the Power Rangers ever came that close to finding Zordon again, he'd destroy her and her base.  The whereabouts of Dark Specter are currently unknown.
