Rupert-Anthony Ortiz is a twenty-one year old University of Texas at San Antonio student majoring in Communications. Rupert has been a member of the Tau Delta Sigma Fraternity for over a year.
This website dedicated to the Halloween genre is Rupert's first site constructed. He plans to update this site frequently so be sure to check back for further updates.
Rupert is currently working on his personal website that will include pictures of this handsome devil and some personal background as to why this fraternity boy thinks the way he does. He is also in the process of creating a page tentatively titled "He says, She says" which will have featured couples debating issues facing our generation today.
