Elvis was a unique person and a troubled one I believe. I had the greta opportunity to visit Elvis' girlfriend for several hours in Tupelo she h s since passed away but a very interesting story teller and sincere person I believe. Best part of that visit was seeing the picture of her Gladys and Elvis around the stove, ;] Glady's looked like she wanted to hit Elvis with the spoon with a beautiful s ile. Seen alot of pictures of Elvis Gladys Vernon but that one I will never forget ever as long as I live this was one of the briefest photos i have ever seen but impacted on me like a meteor hitting earth. I am presently finishing writing my musical on E vis called "ELVIS" A Canadian Salute To The King. This will be a mega hit I believe as long as Lisa approves. personally i am an actor, singer, novice children book writer and a musical creator. I also pay my Tribute to the man through his music. Elvis ha changed mylife since I was a child. No one can really appreciate being onstage the high you get from the audience and I believe Elvis' biggest thrill/high was to be on that stage no matter what the cost. He came , he conquered and still continues to do s !!! I do a 100% respectable salute Show to Elvis and do him justice but perform only for the same reason I beleive he did, the high of the audience. We had been chatting and saw Dee Presley in the foyer; you and George were going in to the supposedly sold-out show with her party and got us in with you gratis.
