Besides memorizing the dialogue to "Scream" and the scripts to the plays I do, I'm also a writer. I'm going to put up a fiction page for those of you who also write. Scripts are cool, but so are short stories.
Here is a link to something I have written. It is the script that I talked about that is a parody of everyone's favorite parody, "Scream." Enjoy.
One of my on-line buddies, Jess, also has a fiction site, which is very cool. Here is a link to her "Scream" site. Jess was nice enough to not only put some more of my stuff on the Web, but to also put them in html so I wouldn't have to. (Thank you Jess!) There will soon be an Official site for this script, of which you can get a very tiny preview on the Official MaybeMovies Homepage.
There, you can also see the Official Homepage for my original script, Butterfly Fish. Here's a link to that:
Here is a direct link to my "Alternative" script for Scream 2:
Here is a link to my latest work, "What if Randy Had Lived." Like I said on my home page, it isn't the complete version. There is another part that takes place about four weeks after the incident and it's a bunch of sappy, emotional stuff. If anyone is interested, I'll e-mail the second part. Just put in the subject line "Part 2 - What If".
I am also working on a piece about "The Truman Show," like what could have happened after it. And after seeing "Can't Hardly Wait" and going to orientation, I got a little bit inspired, so even more fun stuff should be popping up in my head soon.
For you other writers, here is something fun to look into: Do you ever wonder just what to name your characters? If you're clueless, go to the Baby Name Locator site, which has thousands of names on file with their origins and meanings. Here's a link:
