Sam fell out on to Daniel and quickly got up and helped him to his feet "Sorry" she said but he was concentrating on something outside the temple "What is it?" she asked picking up her pack "Nothing" he answered shaking his head and picking up his pack and walking to the entrance.
O'neil and Teal'c walked up to were Sam and Daniel were staring at something "What's up?" he asked "Oh" she answered him self when he saw the big temple in the distance.
"Daniel what is that?" O'neil asked "How would I know?" Daniel spat back and started to walk towards it, Sam quickly caught up and the same with Teal'c and O'neil.
Daniel finally reached the gates of the temple and waited for the others to catch up "What do we do?" Sam asked and Daniel shrugged and turned to O'neil "Get your weapons out, lets check it out" he said and they all pulled out their weapons and O'neil motioned forward, Teal'c raised his staff and fired at the door which opened enough for them to go through.
Daniel entered the temple "Well, a Gou'alds owns it" he announced and suddenly blasts whizzed past their heads "Apparently" O'neil said sarcastically and quickly glanced around the corner "Jaffa ahead" he said and every one went over to him "Take 'em down" O'neil said and they fired and knocked the four Jaffa down and headed over to where their bodies lay.
More shots were fired and sg-1 broke in to a run to dodge the shots and ran down the sandy corridors in to a huge chamber, Hathor strode out of the side and smiled "Daniel" she purred and then saw the others and scowled but turned back to Daniel "Darling, you visit me?" she said seductively and walked forward so that she was in front of him "No not really" Daniel answered and she trailed a finger down his jaw "I think you did" she said and smiled seductively again and kissed him on the lips, Sam pull Daniel back protectively and stood in front of him but Hathor grabbed her throat and easily tossed her aside "He's mine" Hathor stated and Sam quickly sat up from where she lay and rubbed her neck "Now Daniel, I'll let your friends go back to earth if you'll stay" Hathor offered and Daniel moved back "We can get out wit out you" he said and Hathor smiled wickedly and a pair of Jaffa's grabbed Sam and put a staff to her throat "You may get out but not alive" she added and the Jaffa's dragged Sam over to her "What is it to be?" Hathor asked and Daniel looked at Sam worriedly "Don't do it" Sam spat out "Daniel, it's your choice, you or them" Hathor said growing inpatient "Okay, okay" he shouted "As long as I know they go home safely" Daniel added and Hathor nodded and the guards dropped Sam, Daniel rushed to her side and helped her up "Don't Daniel" Sam said weakly and Daniel ignored her and carried her to O'neil and Teal'c, he handed her to Teal'c who nodded and Daniel walked to O'neil "Sorry sir" Daniel said and O'neil shook his head "I'm not leaving with out you" he stated and the Jaffa guards knocked Teal'c and O'neil unconscious.
As O'neil fell out of the Earth gate he woke up and pulled himself up, he quickly looked around and noticed Hammond running towards him "Where's doctor Jackson?" Hammond asked breathless and O'neil looked around at his two team mates and helped Sam and Teal'c up, he glanced at the closed gate and it all came back to him "What happened?" Hammond repeated "Hathor took him" O'neil answered while trying to stare down the gate "You left him behind?" the general asked in disbelief and Sam cut in "Sir, Hathor gave Daniel I mean Dr. Jackson a choice" she said and he turned to her "And that would be…" he prompted "We could go if he stayed and sir, we didn't get a say in it" she added and Hammond motioned for them to go to the infirmary, they walked slowly there wondering what was happening to their team mate.
Daniel was dragged back to the temple after the others had been sent through the gate back to Earth.
"What are you going to do with me?" Daniel asked as he was forced to kneel in front of Hathor, she smiled and stood up from her thrown and walked down to him "You'll stay with me" she told him while running a finger down his jaw, she smiled wickedly and went back to her thrown "we picked out a nice Gou'ald for you" she added and he glared at her "Why would you want me to be a Jaffa?" he asked "Since Ra is dead we need a new Ra so I've chosen you" she told him and he sifted slightly and continued to rub his binds on his broken watch "But I'm sure there would be lots more men out there who would be just 'dying' to be the next pharaoh" he said and she walked back over to him and kissed him patiently "You are what I want" she said and put a finger to his l bottom lip, she kissed him again and bit his lip, he yelped slightly and she let go "I like you" she added, Daniel broke the last few strings and quickly grabbed the Jaffa's staff to his right, Hathor laughed as he shot three of the guards and turned to her "Daniel darling" she said and quickly let the energy out of her hand weapon hit him, Daniel dropped to the ground and a guard quickly checked his pulse "He's dead" it told Hathor and she smiled "Take him to the sarcophagus" she ordered and the guards picked him up and carried him off.
Sam woke up and glanced around the room of the infirmary and got up and walked out in to the cafeteria were O'neil was sitting, she pulled up a seat and sat down.
"What are we going to do?" Sam asked and O'neil shrugged "Go back with fire power and blast our way in" he suggested "But lets go some sleep first" he added and she nodded and walked to the door "lets hope we're not to late" she added.
Daniel sat up suddenly and pulled the silky cloth from his face and quickly glanced around, he quickly pulled him self out of the sarcophagus and watched it close "I need a holiday" he muttered to him self as he headed out of the room.
Hathor smiled when she saw Daniel walk in "How are you feeling?" she asked and he shrugged "Why do you seem to like humans more?" he asked as she walked to him and took his hands "Well it was by accident that I came across you but I happened to fall I love with you so…" she ran a finger across his lips and took his glasses off and put them on a small table "You don't love me" Daniel said while getting hypnotised by her again "No, most other humans I've come across aren't like you" she said kissing his neck, Daniel tightened up but then relaxed "What are you going to do with me know" he asked as she slowly made her way up his neck she pulled back and smiled "You'll stay here" she replied "What if I don't want to?" he asked and she took his hand and led him towards her personal chamber "You will want to" she replied and opened the door, Daniel looked in to find three Jaffa's around the bed "Please sit" Hathor said and gently blew on his face, he sat down and the Jaffa's quickly grabbed his two hands and tied him down to the bed, Daniel snapped out of the dream state and started to struggle.
"Let's go!" O'neil shouted as sg-1 and sg-2 assembled on the ramp in front of the stargate, the chevrons locked in and they stepped in to the liquid.
The two teams assembled on the other side of the gate and set up camp "Sg-1 will go and get Daniel and sg-2 will stay and keep watch, if we're not back in five hours go through and leave us" O'neil announced and sg-1 headed off towards the temple.
Daniel tried to break the ropes that held his hands in the top corners of the bed but couldn't "Shit" he muttered and then tried to pull on his feet but couldn't do that either "Hathor! Get your ugly butt in here!" Daniel screamed out and Hathor and two guards entered "Have you got the gou'ald?" Hathor asked the guard to the right who nodded and walked over to where Daniel continued to struggle "Hold still my child" Hathor said stroking his hair but he pulled back and spat in her face "You son of a bitch!" he shouted.
Sam, Teal'c and O'neil entered the palace and snuck past the two guards on watch, they continued down the hall and quickly ducked in to a passage way when they heard some one go past "It's Hathor" Sam told them and they all followed her at a fair distance.
Sg-1 kept outside the room in which Hathor had entered and looked around the corner "It's Daniel" Sam whispered scared and O'neil held her back "Don't do anything stupid" Teal'c and O'neil said together and Sam hung back.
Hathor motioned for the guards to enter the gou'ald, the jaffa leant over with a knife and placed it on Daniel's neck "Leave me alone" Daniel shouted and the jaffa quickly cut a deep long cut down the right hand side of Daniel's neck, Daniel screamed as loud as he could and fell silent after a minute but continued to shake from the pain, the jaffa then took the gou'ald and let it crawl in to Daniel's neck, Daniel wept silently as the pain washed over him in waves.
O'neil clamped his hand over Sam's mouth as she heard Daniel's cries "Sam, we can't do anything" he told her and Teal'c cut in "Negative, we can, the gou'ald entered by the neck so there's still hope" O'neil turned to him "Really?" Teal'c nodded and O'neil realised Sam who wiped the tears away from her face "We have to get him" she murmured and O'neil nodded "Give it a while".
Daniel woke up with a sharp pain in his head "Where's a Panadol when you need it" he mumbled as he got up, he rubbed his eyes which glowed gold and smiled and headed out in to the main chamber.
Hathor looked up when she heard some one approaching "How nice to see you Ra" she commented and he slightly bowed "Thank you for giving me such an interesting host" Daniel said and Hathor kissed him lightly "It was my pleasure your highness".
"That bitch, she's got her hands all over him" Sam said nastily as they watched Daniel and Hathor "What do we do" she asked O'neil "Shoot Hathor and knock Daniel out" he suggested and the all nodded and stood, Hathor turned to them annoyed but O'neil shot her and she fell to the ground "Who are you?!?" Ra/Daniel asked and O'neil came forward "A friend" he answered and Daniel/Ra hit him, O'neil stumbled back and touched his eye, Sam quickly hit Daniel/Ra over the head and he fell to the floor unconscious.
"That's gonna be a black eye Colonel" Sam said as she helped him up, Teal'c picked up Daniel/Ra and they headed out of the temple blasting away any Jaffa that got in there way.
Sg-1 finally spotted the stargate and sped up.
Sg-2 noticed three figures heading towards them and got ready for an attack but when the people got closer they ran to help sg-1.
"What the…!" Daniel/Ra exclaimed as he opened his eyes, he tried to move but his hands were tied together behind his back "How dares to tie us up!?!" he shouted and O'neil appeared "Oh, that would be me" he said and Ra/Daniel glared at him "Release me!" he screamed and O'neil crouched down "Sorry daniel but your not your self" O'neil said "Who is this Daniel?" Ra demanded and O'neil jumped back "We will kill you all" Ra/Daniel shouted to O'neil retreating back "Well 'we' don't think so" O'neil teased back.
Sam slowly approached Daniel and crouched down in front of him, Ra/Daniel looked up with the glowing eyes and she slightly pulled back "Daniel, I know your in there and we're gonna get you out" she told him and the gold in the eyes faded and were replaced by Daniel's bright blue ones "I hate you!" he spat out and Sam got up and looked at him hurt "That's not Daniel speaking" she said and Ra/Daniel smirked "Oh, but it was, you tied him up not me" Ra told her and she turned and headed towards O'neil.
"What's wrong?" O'neil asked Sam "Daniel was just talking to me" she told him and he turned to her astonished "You mean Ra" he corrected and she nodded "When are we leaving?" she asked changing the subject "Now, go asked Teal'c to grabbed Daniel through" he asked and she nodded and headed off.
General Hammond looked up when the iris opened and the liquid appeared "Who is it?" he asked the man in the control box "Sg-1 and 2" he replied and Hammond looked up and waited.
Sg-1 and 2 stepped through on to the metal ramp of the gate room and drew in a breath of Earth air "Good to be home" O'neil commented and turned to a struggling Daniel "Sg-1!" Hammond shouted and O'neil turned to him "I see it was a successful mission" Hammond added and O'neil shook his head and pointed at Daniel, Hammond drew back when he saw the golden eyes of Daniel Jackson "Why did you bring him back?" he asked "Sir, e saw the gou'ald enter and it was a neck entry. We've never had one of those before so they might be able to save him" he reported and waved the guards over "Take this man under custody and don't untie him" the General ordered and the guards saluted and dragged Daniel/Ra away.
Sam had a shower and redressed and headed down to the surveillance area to see Daniel but when she go there she found the two guards unconscious and no Daniel so she ran to the intercom "General Hammond?" "Captain this is a private meeting…" "Sir, Daniel had escaped" she said cutting in "How?" "I don't know sir but the guards are unconscious but alive and the doors open so he has to be in the base somewhere" she said and there was a short pause "I want the mountain closed off and sg-1 is to go look for him" Hammond said "And…use force if needed" he added and Sam ran off to find O'neil and Teal'c.
Sg-1 walked down the corridors and in to the control room, Sam hit the button and the blaster windows opened to reveal Daniel putting in symbols in the DHD, sg-1 quickly ran down in to the gate room and trained all guns on him "Daniel, freeze and we won't shoot" O'neil called out and Daniel/Ra ignored him, Sam stepped forward and laid a hand gently on his shoulder, he swung around and glared at her "How dare you touch us!" he shouted "I don't want to hurt you because my host likes you and said he'd co-operate if I left you alone but this is going to far" Ra demanded and let his eyes glow gold "Daniel, I know your in there and probably scared buy fight" she said but was pushed pulled back by O'neil "Let him go, there's no chance for him" he said and Daniel dialled in the last chevron and the liquid appeared "Bye" he said and walked to Sam and grabbed her "My host says to say good bye" he said and Sam smiled weakly, Daniel/Ra gently kissed her and then pulled back and Sam stared in to his blue eyes and Daniel smiled "Bye, don't give up, I haven't" he said and turned to go, Daniel/Ra walked up to the liquid and turned back "There is no hope for him" Ra said in the gou'alds voice an smiled wickedly and walked in to the liquid, Sam stared after him still stunned "It was Daniel" she muttered and O'neil quickly came up beside her "I know, he always was a good bargainer" he said and Sam nodded "What do we do know?" Teal'c asked "Wait" was his answer.
