VERSION INTEGRALE - SCRIPT

MATHILDA: To forget, after I've seen the outline of my brother's body on the floor, you expect me to forget, I want to kill those son of a bitches. I'm going to blow their fucking heads off.

LEON: Nothings the same after you've killed someone. Your life is changed forever. Why have to sleep with one eye open for the rest of your life?

MATHILDA: I don't give a shit about sleeping Leon. I want love or death, that's it.

LEON: Not about death. Get off my case Mathilda. I'm tired of your games.

MATHILDA: There is this really great game Leon. It makes people nicer, starts them thinking. The kind of game you love. (Mathilda begins to load four chambers in the revolver.)

MATHILDA: If I win, you keep me with you for life.

LEON: And if you lose?

MATHILDA: You go shopping alone, like before. (She spins the chamber, snaps it shut, and puts the revolver to her head)

LEON: You're going to lose Mathilda. There is a round in the chamber, I heard it.

MATHILDA: So what's it to you if I end up with a bullet in my head?

LEON: Nothing

MATHILDA: I hope your not lying Leon, I really hope that deep down inside there is no love in you. Because if there is, just a little bit of love in you. I think that in a few minutes you'll regret you never said anything. I love you Leon.

At the last moment Leon grabs Mathilda's wrist and swings the gun away from her as it goes off, knocking a lamp over in the process.

MATHILDA: (crying) I win.
