Some of us have a habit
Of waiting for certain days
We get caught up in the process
Of "wishing our lives away"
It's nice to have days to wait for
That are special for a reason
We usually appreciate them more
Because they have special meaning
But other days can be fun too
When the unexpected happens
A dreary day's not nearly as blue
When someone does something nice for you
So, don't waste your time
Wishing it away
Just remember this rhyme
