Mentioning these sources, I suspect, doesn't make it more legal to use the images. I'll have to ask a lawyer friend about that.
I'm hoping, however, that the parties involved (oh no, I'm already thinking in legalese) will think of this as... promotion... yeah.

Andy-as-a-torch came from Rosie O'Donnell's scrapbook, which, sadly, is no longer online. Previously, one had been able to see Andy bare as much as he can get away with on daytime television among other things. But no more.
The other photo came from the Time Out New York article I mentioned, which is in the September 4-11, 1997 issue.
