Josh first attended Nativity
of Our Lord grade school. He then went to Cretin-Derham High School.
He graduated from South High School in June of 1996, then attended
SUNY in Purchase, New York. Josh started off doing small plays in
Minneapolis/St. Paul at the Children's Theater and other locations,
and a few national commercials. In April of 1997, he was given the
role of Michael Fitzgerald in the short-lived television series, "Cracker".
He got his big break with his role in "Halloween: H20" playing
Jamie Lee Curtis' son, "John Tate(Strode)." He then
filmed "The Faculty," written by Kevin Williamson and co-starring Elijah
Wood and Usher. His next film was "The Virgin Suicides." "Blow Dry" was recently released in theaters, though not in wide release. He has since finished filming "O", a modernized version of Shakespeare's "Othello" and can soon be seen in "Town and Country" and the movie that's expected to skyrocket him to fame, "Pearl Harbor" which will be released on May 25, 2001.
