--Name: Drakelah Stinging Whip
--Sex: Female
--Age: 35
--Rank: Red Circle
--Appearence: Drakelah is of mixed races, but this has given her the blackest feathers ever bestowed on a duck. Although she gives off an air of royalty and poise, this couldn't be farther from the truth. She is one of the most ruthless ducks in Keltor, and maybe everywhere else. She doesn't exhibit this trait, along with anger, very often. Cops are the ones allowed to see her fly into furies of rage, and some cops, don't live to tell the tale. The only thing about Drakelah that is bright, is her hair, unless you count her shiny black eyes. Her hair is red and green striped, and reaches to just beyond her shoulders. Another thing that other ducks notice about her is her slim, agile figure. A master of karate, gymnastics, and dance, she has muscules as hard as steel, but it doesn't show, except a little in her upper body. Drakelah also prefers gymnastics to karate and dance. Her ranks go like this, Karate: Tenth degree black belt, Gymnastics: Gold medalist (If she were to ever get medals), and dance: Limber, agile poised, and attractive. She loves to get in front of an audience and dance, no matter what setting, or outfit.
--Attire: She has one main outfit, all of dyed blue leather. It was Lana who suggested the change to leather. She wears a tight blue tank top, with a very low cut collar. This top comes down to her gold colored belt, fashioned after Duke's. After the blue comes some very short, shorts, also blue leather. She also wears the same style boots as Duke, and deep gray in color. For some other accessories, she wears, around her neck, a large pendant, bearing the symbol of the Wildpuck Queen, a star. (See history) She, on one arm, wears a red circle tatoo, showing her rank in the Brotherhood. On the nights when she chooses to go out stealing, she wears a black cloth over her hair, tied on to shield the bright colors. As you can see, the darker the clothing, the better for this duck. Raritys: Instead of her normal top, she wears what resembles a very small bikini top. This is usually worn for workouts only. There are also the mornings where she doesn't feel like getting properly dressed, and wears a pair of jeans, and loose t-shirt.
--Weaponary: Her favorite is a long, black bull whip, which she is constantly perfecting. She adds additions to this whip, having others to fall back on. Recently, she laced tubes that would carry venom, and electricity throughout the whip on Drakelah's command. This is operational by a switch on the end of the whip, Drake duCaine help whoever this whip may fall upon. She also carries a red and green saber, fashioned after her hair color. The whip may be her favorite, but the saber is a weapon of honor, and pride. Among these lay a various assortment of lockpicks, throwing knives, and fake IDs and passes. There is more equipment, but Drakelah is keeping secret on what she has, revealing to no one.
--Accent: Being born and bred in Keltor, she possesses a stronger Brooklyn sounding accent than Duke. Her Keltorian accent makes her sound like she's from downtown.
--Personality: She believes that because of her rank, she must be serious, and dignified, to set an example for the younger members. She maintains a straight face, most of the time, and keeps her sense of humor hidden. The one thing that she does not hide is her eagerness to argue with others, of lower ranks that is. Anyone in the same rank, and only Leila above, only get to experience her talents once in a blue moon. However, she has a fast tongue, and quick thinking mind, giving her the ability to counter any argue with such quickness and presision, that is shocks most into backing down. Of course, there are some that don't, and sometimes these fights can last for hours on end. She really loves to bait people, and pick fights, but only with guys, finding that they are much more gulliable to that than girls. On a lighter side, when she doesn't have anything to do, she might be found facing an opponet in the sparring room, working out alone in the weight room, or sharing a cigarette with her friend, Lana Emerald. She doesn't smoke too often though. When she is with someone she likes, then she reveals her sense of humor, and caring side. Although she really likes most people, overbearing and possessive men get on her nerves. She also really hates being called pet names by guys, and the only guy who can do this and get away with it is Duke L'Orange. She tolerates him because of how he helped her in her past.
--History: Born to Stars Whip, she was the first hatched of twins. Identical twins to be exact. She, and her sister, Skataria, lived a well off life on the streets of Keltor. Stars Whip ran a gang known as the Wildpucks, and they were truly evil. They ran the streets at night, taking whatever they pleased, and killing whoever they pleased. When her daughters were born, Stars didn't want them to have her life, so she demanded that they not be fully exposed to their fellow member's activites. And they weren't, instead, Drakelah showed early interest in the martial arts, gymnastics, and performing dances. So, her mother told one of her members to kidnap a dance, karate, and gymnastics instructor for her daughter. Now, whenever twins are born, there is rumored to be one bad, and one good. This went through for Drakelah and Skataria. Skataria was the evil twin, and she always insisted to come with her mother on her sprees. Stars began to dislike her own daughter for this, favoring the more laid back Drakelah. She would always watch Drakelah as one of her "teachers" taught her a different skill. Soon, her dance teacher announced that she had mastered that art, at the age of twelve. Drakelah even performed before the Wildpucks in a special ceremony, her mother Stars suggesting it. The kind of dance Drakelah learned was of all styles, but she favored seductive, learning quickly that you could make men do what you wanted sometimes with this. After she mastered dance, she moved quickly up to what would be a gold medalist in gymnastics, and she performed again, including backflips, tumbles, and ariels. The Wildpucks began to look forward to her shows, viewing them as a ray of sunshine in their dark world. Then, at age 13, she earned her tenth degree black belt, and did, yes, another show. After the performance, her mother stepped up on stage and handed Drakelah an outfit, and her first whip. Drakelah pulled the outfit on, it was the offical Wildpuck Princess gear, given to the next to be soon leader. Also, the whip was a family weapon, passed down to each new child on their 13th birthday. She also recieved her Wildpucks tattoo on her right shoulder. Drakelah was overjoyed with this, and from then on, was forced to travel with her mother, and observe what she may have to do in the near future. Drakelah didn't want this life, but Skataria didn't, and fearing that she might lose her mother's favor, Drakelah, began to put her skills to use. She became known all of as the Refined Thief, because of her many talents. This was not a mocking though, as many police and security guards found out. Then, at age 18, it was time for her final test, an all out fit, with another thief. Stars hated the Brotherhood, being that they sometimes got in the way of her thefts. So, she took Drakelah to a bar, where she instructed the girl to find a BOTB member near her age, and beat them up. Despite all her training and skill, Drakelah didn't want to do this, but, she had to obey. The only member of the BOTB that was in the bar, was Duke L'Orange. Drakelah picked a good fight, and being that he was 4 years younger than her, she eventually got him where she would have to do what her mother instructed, kill him. She looked at the frightened kid, and took pity on him. She grabbed his hand and ran, pulling him behind her, escaping from the other Wildpucks in shame. Once out of danger, Duke asked her why she had spared him. Her reponse was simple, "I don't for kill for no reason." Drakelah hung around the streets for another few months, forever banished from the gang. Then, one night, she saw Duke, watching her from a building, and she asked why. He said that his instructed said that she sounded like good Brotherhood material, and was offering an invitation to join. Drakelah immediatly agreed to this, and that night, she was led to the lair. She didn't start off at Junior, but at Saber Student. Her master was a lady known as Kaya Songbird, and she moved Drakelah quickly up in ranks. Drakelah met many other new and old blade members as she advanced in rank, some were Lana, Milantha, Sparky, Estelle, Nylessa, and Leila. About a week before the Saurian invasion, she graduated to Red Circle, and Kaya had never been happier. That very night, Drakelah left the lair, wanting to walk around Keltor for a while, take her new rank in slowly. She heard voices coming from an alley, and found that it was her sister, and mother. Since Drakelah left, Stars had no choice but to let Skataria take her place as princess. Skataria didn't have the outfit, because Drakelah still wore it, but what she wanted was the pendant that her mother wore. The queen's pendant. Stars refused to give it to her, yelling that such an evil child wasn't hers. Skataria then shot Stars, and took the pendant off her neck. Drakelah saw red at the murder of her mother. She flew at her sister, and the two engaged in a bloody battle. Drakelah won in the end, and took the pendant from her sister. Then, Skataria disappeared, no one knew her whereabouts. Except that every once and a while, ducks would call Drakelah, Skataria when she was out, roaming the streets of Keltor. Drakelah know that her twin sister waits, perhaps for the perfect time to jump her? The Saurian invasion devestated the Brotherhood, killing off the council and some red circles, including Kaya Songbird. Drakelah hid by herself until the Saurians left, then she sought out the BOTB when they reformed. Leila took control, and Drakelah has no objections. Drakelah met a few other characters, Elaine and Cody after this, both tied to her friend, Lana. Not much has happened since then, except that Drakelah changed her outfit to what it is today, and that was Lana's idea...
