--Attire: Dark blue jumpsuit with loose pants legs and a V-neck blouse collar. A narrow black belt around the waist. Black ankle boots.
--Weapons: Rectractable bo staff, her mental powers.
--Personality: Quiet, shy, and withdrawn. She loves to laugh and be with others, yet at the same time is extremely shy and afraid to get too close to people she doesn't know well, due to painful circumstances in her past. She normally expresses herself through art and writing.
--Other Characteristics: Juliet is a psion, born with telepathic and telekinetic powers which she uses in her medical work and in battle. She is also precognitive and shares a telepathic link with her wolf Shan. She can heal others using her mind. This always drains her because whatever pain she removes, she gets a little of in return. If she spends too long in a healing process, she becomes weak to the point of collapse and must take time to recover.
--Background: Juliet was a childhood friend of Nosedive and Wildwing. She was especially close to Dive, with whom she formed a psychic bond. When she and Nosedive were ten, part of Puckworld was attacked by an alien race called the Krennen. Juliet's family was killed and their deaths were broadcasted into her mind. Nosedive was also injured, and these events, plus being separated from her closest friends, traumatized her severely. Later on, she was sent to live with a surviving uncle, who taught her medicine and martial arts and trained her in her growing mental powers. When she was 18, her uncle died of an unknown illness, and she was left on her own. During the Saurian's conquest of Puckworld. Juliet was kidnapped by a Saurian general who, for want of her powers, abused her physically. On one fateful night when an attempted rape lead to the accidental death of her captor, Juliet escaped her prison, stole a shuttlecraft and crossed a dimensional gateway to Earth. There, she met Shan, and the Mighty Ducks. Her reunion with Nosedive sparked a deep attraction between them. Because of the intense trauma she suffered in her past, Juliet is hesitant to grow intimately close with anyone. As a young teenager suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome, she lost confidence in most of her abilities. After the unexpected death of her only surviving relative, she had begun to lose slight control over her psychic abilities. As a result she began suffering from seizures brought on by any intense psychic feedback. Her time spent as a prisoner of the Saurians gave her control again, as did her re-established bond with Nosedive, but it remains to be seen exactly how these aspects of her past will affect her future.
