My Favourite Restaurants

Places to eat out in South London

http://www.heathers.dircon.co.uk/ Heathers - Absolutely brilliant, but completely un-pretentious place. Pay £13 and get unlimited visits to the buffet. Heathers makes the best vegetarian food around, but doesn't dress it up like a piece of abstract art.

Bar Humbug - Brixton Bah Humbug, The Crypt, St Matthew's Peace Garden, Brixton Hill- Tel: 0171 738 3184. Mainly veggie food, but a little fish. Quite pricey, but really good food.

The Noodle Bar - Greenwich. If you're out in Greenwich, nip in to the Noodle bar (it's just on the road leading down to the Cutty Sark (the tall ship on the dock)). The noodle bar deals out big food quick and cheap. It's good stuff too - especially the seafood dishes.
