It was such a great time here!! Me was sitting near to stage so i got to see daniel really up close! daniel's legs seemed to go on forever from where i saw. The stage was pretty short and i had the urge of just jumping on the stage. But i didn't. Other than that,the nite was a memorable one. With daniel, who can say it's not?

I was sitting near to the side of the stage and when dAnIeL appeared and left, he swept past right in front of me. Whoa! What a treat! dAnIeL only came out at about 11pm. This time, dAnIeL was in a pink/redish short-sleeved shirt and white pants. And just to let you know, he wore brown leather shoes and no socks. As soon as he came out, dAnIeL began with "Intimate".

After that, the host of the show - Violet of 88.3fm then asked dAnIeL some questions before launching the "Romeo & Juliet" Contest. There were 8 contestants and there was to be 3 winners determined not by dAnIeL but a panel of judges. The lucky 3 winners got the chance to take pictures with him in the studio and will appear on the "Characters" Magazine with dAnIeL! LucKY Gals!!

Four contestants came out to answer certain questions first. As you guys know, dAnIeL is VERY TALL. So when the first contestant emerged (she was only 13), she was pratically half the height of dAnIeL. The crowd laughed. And dAnIeL just grinned. The next few girls who came out looked pretty short next to dAnIeL. When Violet remarked that dAnIeL's too tall, and there could be no girl taller than him. dAnIeL then challenged her. "There's one of the local Polygram official who is taller than me!" True enough, when they invited her to stage to stand next to dAnIeL (dAnIeL was tiptoeing, trying to gain some height), it verified what dAnIeL had said.

As Violet introduced them one by one, dAnIeL wolf-whisted, much to our amusement. Earlier, they had done this survey thing about dAnIeL. Like which songs of dAnIeL do they like, which part of him that they like best. Most of the answers given to the latter question was his eyes. While Violet went through with each of the contestants about that survey, dAnIeL stood aside and swung his microphone as he listened. I dun think he was paying much attention coz, when Violet asked him about certain stuff, dAnIeL nodded his head and gave a "Ya, Ya".

One of the contestants said that she likes dAnIeL's teeth. dAnIeL's eyes kinda widened, then he offered, "Do you know in my family, there are 3 of us who have teeth like this. One is my dad, another is me, and my brother. So when we take a picture together, it's pretty hilarious!" (Hehhehe, i say it's cute!)

Then there was this question posed to the four of them, "Where would you bring dAnIeL if you got the chance to date with him?" Most gave the usual stuff "go to somewhere quiet and romantic, make dAnIeL dinner, etc.." When Violet asked one of the contestants what would she cook for dAnIeL, she was at a loss. The crowd prompted her with "Pig Liver's soup" which she took it. The crowd roared with laughter as this was the same soup that was given to dAnIeL earlier at HMV by another fan.

After them, the next four emerged. Given the same survey, one of them said that she finds dAnIeL "sexy". dAnIeL was spontaneous enough and asked mischeviously, "How issit defined as sexy? Issit to unbutton the shirt?" And he tugged the opening of the shirt wider while the crowd swooned. Another said that she likes dAnIeL's "muscular body". dAnIeL said in a disappointed tone as he felt his chest. "Last time i still got a bit of muscle, but now i have thinned down."

The question that these four contestants got was "Why do you think you have the qualifications to be dAnIeL's juliet?" I couldn't remember much about what they say. Well partly, I wasn't paying enough attention to them. I was too engrossed in watching dAnIeL.

While the judges did their choosing, dAnIeL and Violet then turned their attention to us. Violet said that the fans have been taking pictures of dAnIeL non-stop since he stepped in, how about dAnIeL walking around and do some poses? Violet added some spice to the idea by suggesting the fans to call out dAnIeL's name in a very sexy manner so that dAnIeL would do a sexy pose. dAnIeL was like stumped. He confessed that he doesn't know how to pose. Violet told him to try. So when the fans crooned, dAnIeL kinda squirmed. I wonder if that should be the right word to describe it but it sure seems like to me.

dAnIeL then said again that he doesn't know how to pose. Violet decided to let him off. So how about singing? And of course dAnIeL was relieved to be able to do something that he is comfortable with. He offered to sing us a Danny Chan's song. (LiAn Ai Yu GaO ) He sounded so gooooooooood!!! Violent remarked that dAnIeL's pretty good with high notes. So she asked him to sing only two words "Only U" and try to hold it as long as he can. dAnIeL was up to the challenge though he said that he's not good with long notes. As he was holding the note, dAnIeL arched his back. He held the note for 12 seconds and without wavering. It was later told that they timed only when dAnIeL begun the "U" part.

Following that, Violet offered the chance to the fans to beat dAnIeL's record. They initially picked 5. There was this fat guy who was yelling for dAnIeL the whole nite behind me. He kept distracting dAnIeL while he was on stage, asking him back for some photo or stuff. dAnIeL, seeing him so enthusiastic about the contest, asked him to come up. And while Violet was choosing the rest of the contestants, that guy went up to dAnIeL as if he was his fren. The he took out his IC from the wallet and showed dAnIeL something. When Violet caught that, she asked why did he take out his IC. dAnIeL then said that that guy wants to show him "dAnIeL" was his name too. The crowd jeered. Someone scolded the guy "pervert". dAnIeL heard that. He laughed and put his hand on his hips. With a grin, asked the girls "What did you say?"

While the rest of them gave a go at holding the note, most of them went out of tune and pitch. dAnIeL was pretty cute at these times. Once he clenched his hands into fists and did something like lifting up weights as his face showed the effort of it. Another was where dAnIeL did the conductor thing, swinging his arms. And other times, dAnIeL cringed in an obvious manner.

When no one can beat dAnIeL's record, Violet decided to have more contestants and they did find someone going close to his timing. It was 11 seconds. Still his record was unbeaten. Then those on stage seized their opportunities to take pics with dAnIeL.

Next, the results were out. One of the consolation winners thought that the bear in dAnIeL's hands were part of the prize and tried to take it. Of course it wasn't, it was a gift from a fan and dAnIeL resisted. A minor tug-and-war. dAnIeL then sang another song "YaO Zhi DaO ni De GaN JUe" to end the show. I recalled that there were twice where dAnIeL laughed so hard that he sat down and couldn't stand. But I cannot remember what made him split his sides. Though so, he was pretty cute when he did that.

That's the last time i saw dAnIeL in person. Though it was a great nite, i guess many of us felt sad at the thought of dAnIeL leaving. But there's a positive thing to think of : dAnIeL's coming again in June!!
