Title: '90s update, re-release show `Big Chill' still cool
Summary: Brooke Shields is suddenly schmoozing. The former pretty baby will star in "The Weekend," a big-screen update of "The Big Chill." "D.B. Sweeney is dead, and five of his old college friends have a big party at this huge house for a weekend," says co-star David ("Relativity") Conrad. He adds, "Brooke is a woman who had an affair with D.B. years ago only to find out he's also my boyfriend. . . . It's kind of like `The Big Chill' gone bad. Nobody sings or dances around the kitchen, but there are cool flashbacks."
