Joey is standing in front of a dresser with a mirror. She is fixing her hair. The phone rings, Bessie answers it.
Bessie: (on the phone) Hello. Oh ...Hi. What's up? Oh... Ok. Let me see. (to Joey) Joey are you doing anything this Saturday?
Joey: Ya But it is late. I'm going to watch movies with Dawson. Remember, I do it every Saturday night?
Bessie:Yes. Anything else?
Joey: No. Why?
Bessie:(on the phone) She's free. Ok. 4 o'clock. ok bye (hangs up the phone)
(Joey walks to where Bessie is)
Joey: Why did you want to know that i was free on Saturday?
Bessie: Cause you are now doing something.
Joey: That would be?
Bessie: (starting walking out of the room) You're visting your dad in jail at 4pm in 2 days.
Joey: What? (pulling Bessie back into the room)
Bessie: That was dad , on the phone. He told me that he would like to see you. Actully you, me, Bodie, and Alex.
Joey: Okay. If I have to go. I'm leaving now.
Bessie: Where are you going?
Joey: Dawson's (walking to the door)
Bessie: 'Kay be back by dinner.
Joey: (out the door) 'Kay
Dawson room- Pacey walks in and starts to talk.
Pacey: Hey Dawson! I was think about a few weeks back. When you did a double dat with Jen? Remember?
Dawson: Hey Pacey. Ya what about it?
Pacey: Remember when we were talking in the Video Store?
Dawson: Ya. What are you getting at?
Pacey: I ask you a Question? You never answered me. Remember it?
Dawson: No i don't. Tell me again?
Pacey: 'Kay.
(quitly Joey comes up the ladder. She hears Pacey talking, she hides quitly, so they don't see or hear her and they don't)
Pacey: Who is it going to be Jen or Joey? The Blonde or the Brunette ? Do you remember now!
Dawson: Uh... ya. I do remember. i needed time to think about it.
Pacey: So... Which?
Dawson: After think about it .... uh .... I weight everything Joey is my best friend and Jen doesn't want to be my friend. But Jen is so cute. Joey is.....um...about the same.... but actully after the Windjammer she look..... hum...but I'm not going on looks. I don't care about looks. I care about .... how i feel when I'm with her. With Joey I feel like I can tell her anything. You know. But not with Jen. I'm not sure . (falls on his bed)
Pacey: Well.... from what you've said I say that you are hung up on Joey. Joey got top point in all, three, of your cataoreies. Jen on the other hand skipped out on two of the three. You tell me who u like?
Dawson: (Pops up from the bed) Pacey your right. I am hung up on Joey. I can't believe this. I can't believe that I love my best friend Joey! This is so wierd. I've never felt this way about her.(he falls back down on the bed) And I like it. I wish she were here.
(Joey is still outside the window. She is thinking to herself)
Joey: (in her mind) He loves me. WOW! Final. But I can't say anything still he says something.
(she goes to the ladder and makes nosie wait a few seconds)
Dawson: (again Pops up from the bed) Oh... my she is here. What do I do?
Pacey: Be cool don't say anything if you don't want to. Okay. I'll go.
Dawson: 'Kay. Bye
Joey: (from the window) What? Who are you talking to?
