Perseus is perhaps the biggest underachiever to ever attend Prometheus. His above-average intelligence is used mostly for coming up with highly creative stories and chasing people around the campus screaming at them like a pirate. He is the faculty's greatest conundrum, they love his creativity, but hate his reluctance to do anything more with himself.

As for Perseus himself, he doesn't seem to care what people think of him. He, however has no bones about telling other people what he thinks of them. If he doesn't like you, he'll tell you to your face. He does his own thing, regardless of what anyone else if doing. This tends to generate an enormous amount of popularity with him among many different groups and classes of people.

He has spent the past year in persuit of Andromeda, a challenge in and of itself, made even more difficult by his other main rival, Phineus. The rivalry between the two has only redoubled each other's efforts at winning her affections, neither of which she actually wants, she just likes the attention they garner.
