Hercules and the Techno Greeks
O.K. this was probably not among my favorite episodes, but the good points were:
1. A Hades-free episode. Mind you, I like Hades, but I am really glad he's not being overused. Also no Zeus, Phil, Pain or Panic.
2. Tempest! I think I will appreciate every appearance that *Amazon Princess* Tempest makes. It was nice to find out she is even a student at the Prometheus Academy! I think Honywumpus is correct in the parallel to Xena *Warrior Princess*. I just happen to be a major Xena fan, and she is *all that* without the corny lines... well... maybe a few. The love-hate thing between her and Herc is definitely building at a nice slow pace.
3. When the Abacus Shop proprietor gave the patron a *powerslate* and then pulled a plump woolly ram out from behind the counter and said, "Oh, here's your free ram upgrade" I lost it. :-) I guess I should have expected that, but... very funny.
4. Icky & Cassandra didn't have a lot to do, but I definitely like their presence!
The rest of the show wasn't too hot. I was really disappointed by the centaurs, but it was good to see another satyr besides Phil. I wonder if we'll see any nymphs like the three Phil was chasing in the film?
