First of all, I love what he is doing regarding the MTRCB or the censors' board for movies and television of my great country. He is from the entertainment industry thus he knows what are the things that should be done to resurrect the dying art of the Filipinos. He put into office the people who I think know their crafts. I say my thanks to them because the industry is earning the dough they clearly needed. Also, I am very grateful because today, with the locally made movies I have watched, people like me have seen the naked boobs, butts and everything in between of famous celebrities we have loved since their days in That's Entertainment. MTRCB, just like the president, makes the Filipinos very, very happy.
The jeepney drivers are also benefiting from Erap's administration. The jeepney fare has increased. For so many years these citizens who worked below the heat of the day and the humidity of the night will finally have the increase they deserve. Common passengers will have to ride with the flow and sacrifice a little for this little cause. Common passengers will have to again hand their extra coins for their way home. Coins that are supposedly to be consumed for other aspects of life. I wonder how the increase will affect the lives of the drivers in accordance with the gas price increase and the so expensive toll prices in some important highways in the country. At least Erap fulfilled one of his promises to improve the livelihood of the jeepney drivers. Did he?
There are also some improvements regarding the lifestyles of some of our countrymen. Those who are close with Erap live better and better every day. They got brand new cars. Some of them are now living in newly constructed house with magnificent architectural designs. Friends of our beloved executive officer have powers to control our precious nation. Few of them are "balik bayans" who are regaining their lost glories that were lost during the 1986 Revolution. Though I think the president has little care on how his friends are performing their jobs, Erap still considers them a fine bunch of advisers. Their lives have improved especially concerning their wallets. With the massive privileges and fortunes they have acquired, maybe they are doing great with their duties. We, Filipinos, if these are indeed facts, should be proud with Erap's administration. I guess I can say that lives are indeed getting better in Erap's reign.
Finally, when the smoke in a Filipino's eyes clear, he or she will have learned yet another important lesson. Filipinos may have the chance to graduate high school, grade school being the terms of the undying dictator Ferdinand Marcos. The president can be the most unforgettable teacher. He can make his students look so stupid to be able to teach them. The students, being dumb and ignorant, will learn from Erap how lives should be governed. I just hope we, Filipinos, all of us, after the reign of this so-called president for the masses, will graduate with top honors. I pray, though we may lose the facts from the books, we may not forget the intelligence and wisdom Erap's government has thought us. If we ever pass high school in our honest means and hard work, college is going to be, what Filipinos usually say: chicken! Then after that, we Filipinos can leave good and free lives. Those are the kinds of lives, Erap's legion of fans have in their minds when they elected him as the president. Probably they can get the lives they wanted because of Erap.
I love our government today. For sure, Erap is going to be a very prominent figure in our very rich history. He can be this messiah who will put proper intelligence in the Filipinos' minds. Maybe he can also be the one who satisfies the needs of the chosen people. My president is truly, what my generation loves to say, the bomb. I love Erap!
