Gameboy Cheats
Walk on Cycling Road
It's weird, but you can walk on Cycling Road. You face the water in one of the ponds, and use Surf. When you get out of the water, you'll be walking!
Greatball / Masterball
When using a greatball, hold up and b just before it bounces off the pokémon's head. It should make the Greatball act like a Masterball.
Strong Attacks
When you attack another pokémon, press the a button to make your attack stronger. Also, hold down the a button to lessen the damage caused by an enemy's attack.
Get 99 Of Any Item
First, go to Viridian City and see the old man who teaches you how to catch a weedle. When he asks you if you are in a hurry, say no. Watch him catch a weedle. After that, place the item that you want 99 of (something like a Masterball or rare candy) in your 6th item slot.Next, fly to Fuchia City. Now surf the coast of seafoam, so it looks like you're half in and half out of the water. Don't get off. Keep surfing until you fight a pokémon that looks like Missingno, but called M. Make sure you don't capture him, as he will probaby screw up your game. Either defeat him or run away. Look at your 6th item. You should have 99 of it!
Get Lots of Money
First, go to Cinnabar Island. Go to the pokémon lab and trade with someone. Then move an expensive item like a gold nugget or a TM near the top of your item list. Now, hold down a and surf like you would for the '99 of any item' cheat. After a little while, you ahould run into Missingno. Thry to catch one of them during the fights. Next, check your item list. In front of your ninth item, there should be a little symbol. Now go to the pokémart. Press down and try to sell the item with the star. Sell all of them except 1 because you might need to do this cheat again. You should have lots of $$!
Catch Safari Zone Pokémon In Other Places
Go to the Safari zone and waste your time in the area where you can find the pokémon you want. Fly to Cinnabar Island and surf up and down the coast like you did for the '99 of any item' cheat. After a while, you should see the safari zone pokémon you want!
Rocket Game Corner Slot Tip
Go around the game corner and try all the slot machines 4 times. The ones that hit 2 or more are likely to be lucky.
Free Coins at the Game Corner
Go around the game corner and press a repeatedly. You should find lots of coins!
Clone Pokémon
First, go to the trading center at any pokémon center. Select a good pokémon and a wimpy pokémon. Let the game trade the pokémon, but when 'Waiting...' appears on the gameboy with the good pokémon, turn it off. When 'Trade complete' appears, turn off the other one. This code is risky, so please don't email me if it messes up your game.
Stand on a tree! (Game over)
Cut down a bush using the Cut HM. Then walk to where the bush you just cut down used to be. Pause and then save. Turn off the Game Boy and turn it back on again. When you start your saved game, you climbed a tree! I don't know why you would want to do this, as it ruins your saved game, but it's your game, not mine!
