~VIFtool~
- Once you have all the 59 ogg files in tomtomvoices folder.
- Next step is to make .CHK and .VIF files from 59 sound files.
- Unzip VIFtool.New.zip, you would get these files.
- copy them all to tomtomvoices folder.
NEXT
Click on START ---> RUN ---> cmd---ENTER
follow the image. and you should have two files
data88.vif
data88.chk
Copy them to your TomTom voice folder and you have your own TomTom voices.
If you want your own image.
create an image not more than 158x158 pixels
Name it exactly as above
data88.bmp and copy it TomTom voices folder.
All 3 files name must be in same case. i.e data88.BMP will not show image in your TomTom with data88.vif & chk
If you have say data88.chk files in voices folder on TomTom then use another number like data70.chk etc to NAME your voices.
Do not go over data99.chk as this may not work.
