SHORT BIOGRAPHY: Christopher Larabee was born to Jon and Margaret Larabee, Not much is know of his early life. At age 16, he joined the Army. There he met and became close friends with Buck Wilmington. After five years in the Army, Buck and Chris, then 21 became wranglers and traveled the country. When Chris was 22, he met Sarah Connelly, who he immediately fell in love with. He romanced her for about a year and then the couple married. A year later his son Adam was born. Chris settled down to be a rancher Three years passed quietly. One night Chris and Buck went to Mexico to do some business and were delayed for an extra night. When Chris returned home, he discovered his wife and son had been killed in a fire set by a jealous rival. Heartbroken and angry over the death of his family, Chris withdrew from life after that, getting drunk and becoming a hard, cold man. He once again became a gunslinger and took jobs that were dangerous to help dull the pain. One day he was passing through Four Corners and saw Nathan Jackson going to be hanged. Stepping in, he met Vin Tanner . After gathering a varied crew to help save a Seminole village from a crazy confederate colonel he was reunited with Buck. He later decided to stay in Four Corners when Judge Orrin Travis offered him and the 7 men a job. He was then elected unofficial leader of the men.
