From an interview with director Andre Guttfreund 1991:

Guttfreund feels that Republic's videocassette promotion is misleading: "They're pushing it as an erotic thriller but there's nothing erotic about our movie. They're using a shot of Lisa Zane putting on her fishnet stockings, with Colin hovering in the background. There's no such scene in the film. It's really an old-fashioned romance about unconditional love. It's Orpheus in search of Eurydice. Aren't video renters going to feel ripped off when they see it?" (The Seattle Times, June 1991)
