Building divided into two major function spaces, those requiring light (exposure) vs those requiring darkness (theatre). The interaction of the two parts explored - sliding along their lengths, with entrances and activity nodes occuring at the junctures. Contrast of materials, solidity and mass (stone) vs light tensile structure (copper). |
