I first heard about the Backstreet Boys in March of 1998. I didn’t like them because I wasn’t into boy bands at that time. A few weeks later when I heard “Quit Playing Games (With My Heart),” I started to like them. I especially thought Brian was cute. My older brother loved that song. BSB didn’t release it as a single in the U.S., so he bought their album. Shortly after he got sick of that song, I stole the album. When I listen to it, I couldn’t tell which BSB was singing which verse. It was good though.
I watched the video “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” when MTV premiered it. My first impression was “Kevin look so good and fine!!!” I never noticed him until I saw that video. From that point on, I was totally obsessed with the Backstreet Boys, especially Kevin. My walls are covered with posters of them. Their music blasting from my stereo everyday. “As long as there’ll be music, I’ll be coming back again.”
