Legend

[Tim Curry]

Review:

Tom Cruise simply looks embarrassed as a forest-living lad
who joins a quest to save a unicorn, keeper of his world's
Light, from the evil entity who prefers to plunge the land
into eternal Darkness.

My Review:

The reviewer above must have fallen asleep in the middle
of the movie. This is a fabulous movie! It has a strange,
compelling soundtrack by Tangerine Dream, with a
beautiful song "Is Your Love Strong Enough" sung by
Bryan Ferry. This movie has a special place in my heart,
it is the first Tim Curry movie I saw. When he said to
Mia Sara's character "We are all animals, my Lady", I
was hooked. This role demonstrates, in my opinion, what
Curry does better than ANY other actor: he combines a
dark, evil, sinisterness with sultry sexiness and mixes in a
little humor. It's a combination I can't resist. 1986
