Contradictions

Sitting here staring at the picture I have of him on my web index page, it occurs to me that this pic, which I feel best represents Mr. Curry in all his glorious complexity, says best what I find attractive in him:

He has the patrician face of an artist and the neck of a sumo-wrestler.

He wears a suit coat like British men always seem to do, but with a black tee-shirt under it;
the cultivated and the rough.

He has the sweet lips of a cherub and a look in his eyes of 'don't even think of messing with me'.
Lovely and dangerous.

The picture is taken front on, but his head is cocked to one side.
He'll always be a little off kelter, a little to one side.

He's looking straight at me but the lips look like they could quiver a bit at any moment.
Brash AND shy!

That lovely fluffy hair, looks like it could be spilling down to his shoulders without much effort.
I love long hair on men; like Sampson, I think it makes them MORE manly.

He looks like he is not 'in character,' like maybe this is how he looks when all the roles are put away and just the man himself remains. He is NOT relaxed, he looks like a coiled spring.

His eyes look insolent but his mouth looks vulnerable.
