The Worst Witch

My Review:

This is a very cute TV movie about little girls going to school to
learn how to be witches. Tim plays the beautiful Grand Wizard, who
is invited to be the school's guest of honor on Halloween night, THE
big occassion for a witch school. He sings, flys through the sky, and
wears a cape.
