Hey you! :-) What you are about to readI get chills just thinking about! I, Shortydimples, dedicated *N Sync fan, not only got to go on stage with N SYNC once, but also......TWICE!!! I repeat, I got to go on stage with them AGAIN last on July 13th at Jones Beach Amphitheatre in NY. I CANNOT believe it happened to me yet AGAIN!!!! What are the odds of something liek that happening more than once in my lifetime??? Here's what happened.....

This time I was only with my friend Nicole . (Kendra couldn't come.) This was my second full length N Sync concert. Last time when had gone in March, Tatyana Ali, B*witched, and the Sugar Hill Gang were the opening acts. But at this concert, Jordan Knight and 3rd Storee (another group that I LOVE) opened. The Sugar Hill Gang was still opening though.

{NOTE: Let me just tell you all a little something. After being picked to go on stage with N Sync once before in March, I guess you could say that we got a little "spoiled"...hee hee. We wanted to go on stage with them AGAIN and we were determinded to do so!! LOL

Anyway, at this time it was after Jordan Knight had performed and there was a short break. So, you know, people were getting up, getting food, going to the restroom, etc. My friend and I were still at our seats, we were just talking, etc. Then she stood up, but I was still sitting. She then noticed these two guards looking around. She told me, actually she screamed at me (LOL) to get up with her. So, startled I was, (LOL) I got up like she said. She pointed out to me the guards looking around. After we stood up, we obviously caught their attention b/c then they started looking at us. We were bugging out...like usual. LOL I kept telling her "Pretend like you don't see them". LOL...I don't know what me telling her to do that was gonna do for us, but I told her to do it anyway.

So, after they starting looking at us, then they POINTED RIGHT AT US. Ok, at this point we were MAJORLY bugging out, but we tried to act cool. We were kinda sitting at seats that required stairs to get to them. So after the guards pointed at us, they started whispering, and then they proceeded to walk up the stairs!! We were acting like we didn't see them. LOL And then we started dancing to the corny music that was playing b/c this was during the intermission....LOL. So, we're there, you know, dancing, and acting nonchalantly. Then one of the guards came to us and asked........

"Do you want to go on stage?"

Talk about DEJA VU!! Because when we had gone on stage the first time back in March, the guard had asked the same EXACT question!! So, of course we said "YES!" Then the guard was like "Do you know the words to the song Here We Go?" I was said "Yes!! Of course!" Then I started singing it for him. He found this amusing b/c then he started laughing.....LOL. Next he told us that when we hear N Sync start to sing it, that we are supposed to go down ALL the way towards the stage. He told us that this guard near the stage would know who we are. He gave us this pass that we were supposed to stick on us so that we would be allowed to go on stage. After he explained to us all that we had to do, he left.

{NOTE: Actually, just to give you all a little more details, he didn't have both of the passes with him at the time. He only had one, and he gave that one to me. Then he went somewhere and came back with another one for my friend. Just thought I'd tell you all that. LOL}

Ok, so after he left we were bugging out and we were like "TWO TIMES!! CAN U BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING AGAIN?" Then other gils came running to us and asked us what happened and we told them and then they started bugging out with us. Now this time, I got smart. LOL. I was like "Yeah baby! I'm gonna have my camera this time!!!" LOL. I knew I wouldn't be able to actually take it up in stage w/ me, but I wanted to be able to at least get some pictures from the side of the stage.

{NOTE: There was also this cute little girl named April that also got a pass to go on stage. She was so scared though. Her parents were really nice and they were talking to Nicole and I. Her mom was telling us how her daughter April wanted to meet Justin b/c he was her favorite, but how April was too scared to go on stage. I told her that we would take care of her and that she didn't have to worry. But she never did end up going up there with us. :-( }
