How could this happened? How could Dimitri con me? Anya sat there in her room, talking to Pooka. "I actually thought he was my friend! I guess there is no such thing as friends!" She said angrily and unhappily.
How could he do this? After all they been through. They were friends, or were they more? It doesn't matter now, Anya never wanted to see him again. And Vlad! How could her do this?! He was supposedly like a father to her.
"How could I have been so naive? I should have known. They were being to nice to be true. I mean no one is that nice for no reason."
Anya was still wanted to find her family. She took out a suit case and started packing all her belongings with her. Then she came by the rose Sophie had given her. It was really nice of her for doing all of this. Then she wondered if maybe Sophie known about them conning her too. In anger she tossed the flower in the trash can. When she was almost done packing there
was a knock on the door. She looked up and thought 'I wonder if it is Dimitri?'
Mean while...
Dimitri was walking around looking for Vlad, finally he spotted him. Vlad noticed his friend had a different look on his face. "What's wrong?" Vlad asked.
"Vlad, she found out about everything. And now she's gone." He said sadly.
"Did you tell, like I told you to?"
"No. You see, I was trying to convince the Empress that that was Anastasia, and the Empress knew who I was. Anya must of heard and now she's gone forever. Vlad how could this have happened? How could we...I mean I have done
this to her?"
"It's not all your fault..."
Dimitri interrupted, "Yes it is. I could have stopped. But no I just had to have the reward. The thing is I don't blame her for being mad at me. I wish I could take everything back. What should I do to make things right?"
"I think you know what to do. Just listen to your heart and everything will be all right." Vlad answered in a fatherly way. Then Vlad walked toward Sophie.
Dimitri knew what to do. He had to reunite Anya and he Grandmama and walk out of their lives for ever.
"As hard as it will be, I have to do this."
The he walked out of the building.
