Somewhere in front of you, you think you can almost make out a flickering light. You begin walking toward the light, when you're startled by a low rumble behind your left shoulder. You turn sharply around and are confronted by a pair of glowing orange eyes.

"Why have you come here?" the eyes ask. Their light dances off of a blue scaly nose.

Emboldened, you ask, "Where is here?"

The creature sighs. "Here is my weyr."

"What's a weyr?" you continue

The creature steps suddenly into a patch of light. Startled, you realise it is a dragon.

The dragon chuckles. "Yes, I am a dragon. This is my weyr - my nest, my lair. I was born here. My family died here. Now, you have visited me here."

You gulp nervously.

The dragon's eyes light up happily, and she suddenly shoots a line of flame into the air. You hadn't realised how big the cavern was. "Welcome," she calls with a dragonish grin. "Welcome to my weyr!"
