frank and i (UK 1983)
pretty jeniffer inch (frank) is taken out of her boarding
school to go and live with her new guardian who also happens to
be the owner of a brothel. they soon try to involve her with the
clients but she rejects it totally, the guardian is furious and
spanks her with a slipper in her bedroom, 5 spanks are
administered and facial expressions only are shown until someone
walks into the room and interupts. she eventually cuts her hair
short, steals a boy`s clothes and escapes. christopher pearson
(charles) discovers the young lady while travelling on his
stagecoach and decides to take her back to his manor to look
after her, at this point thinking she`s a boy. one day when he
arrives home the servants tell him that frank has been unruly and
hit one of the servants, he says that this calls for 6 of the
best and tells one of the servants to fetch his cane, to add to
it he catches frank in his study reading books that she was
instructed not to touch, he then tells her to "take down
your trousers," (frank) "oh please, not on my bare
bottom,"
(charles) "you`ve
behaved disgracefully and i`m going to punish you." then as
charles practices his cane strokes in the air frank attempts to
put some protection down her trousers but is seen by charles who
say: "you think you`re the first to have thought of that? on
the bare bottom, bend over the stool." frank reluctantly
approaches the stool and after being instructed again to do so
she lowers her trousers, she then bends over and is given 16
strokes of the cane on her bare bottom, 4 strokes are briefly
shown landing and showing dark red cane weals, frank`s pained
facual expressions are highlighted during the rest of the
strokes, then when he finishes administers the 16th stroke he
realises she`s a girl and stops the caning and tells her she can
go. later in the film, charles is taken by chance to the brothel
where frank was staying, and after a while works things out and
asks the brothel owner about frank, she tells him the story and
charles asks her if she beat frank, she says yes and charles
takes her into another room and spanks her with a slipper which
is heard but not seen. frank
(now frances)
gets a second caning in this film. during the film her and
charles become lovers, and while spending some time away together
she gets friendly with another young man, charles tells her not
to see him anymore and that that will head home tomorrow, she
agrees and they do just that. soon after, charles arrives home
and spots frances in the nearby park with the same young man and
is very unhappy, she tells him that he found their address and
came here even though she told him not to, charles doesn`t accept
the explanation and gets depressed. soon after, frances
approaches charles and tries to patch things up, when he still
refuses she fetches the cane and tells him he can punish her if
he wants, she then willingly bends over without being asked and
he dishes out a long and severe caning, only facual expressions
are shown this time.
