Comments:Bought a 1974 Elite in 1984 for £2000 when I was
20, it never ran for more than a few miles at a time, everything that could
break broke, cost me an absolute fortune then sold it 9 months later for
£1200 with a knackered engine and rotten chassis that I c uldn't
afford to have repaired. BUT I was staring at the photos until the 24th
August this year, once bitten forever smitten!
