INT. THE GIRLS' APARTMENT LIVING ROOM-- EVENING

(Yuffie is dressed in a denim short dress, sitting on the couch. Aeris is wearing a casual, creamy white dress.)

AERIS: This is gonna be so much fun! I love presents! (She giggled.) Do you want me to fix your hair?

YUFFIE: Nah, it's ok... (Is silent for a moment.) Hey, Aeris, can I tell you something?

AERIS: (Grins.) Sure, go ahead? (Starts putting on some earrings.)

YUFFIE: Well... I did something... Something I shouldn't have done...

AERIS: (Looking at Yuffie,taking a brush, and brushing her hair.) What did you do?

YUFFIE: I... I slept with Vincent's brother...

AERIS: What??

YUFFIE: I barely know how it happened, and after a while, I felt pretty bad about it...

AERIS: Oh, Yuffie... It was a spur of the moment, thing, huh? Does Vincent know?

YUFFIE: No, Rodney promised not to tell...

AERIS: Ok, that's good... Are you going to tell Tifa?

YUFFIE: No... She wouldn't understand as well as you would...

AERIS: Well, as long as you don't see him again...

YUFFIE: I just hope he won't come to the wedding.

AERIS: I'll talk to Cloud...

YUFFIE: No! No, don't tell Cloud! He might tell Vincent, and then where would I be?

AERIS: Look... Do you know why you slept with Rodney?

YUFFIE: Of course I don't...

AERIS: He's basically a cheap version of Vincent! A copy! You still love Vincent! (She sits down on the couch besides Yuffie.)

YUFFIE: You really think so?

AERIS: (Smiling a little.) I know so.

YUFFIE: Oh man... I've really got to think about things...

AERIS: (Laughing a little.) Well, forget everything for now... Tonight we get to party down!

YUFFIE: (Grinning.) I love bridal showers! You'll love the gift I got you... And Cloud'll love it even more!

AERIS: Ooh! (She smiles, and stands up, as Tifa enters the room in a navy blue short strappy dress.) Hey, Tifa, thank you so much for throwing a bridal shower for me! Absolutely no guys, right Tiff?

TIFA: Nah, this is girls only.

AERIS: Yes! (She cheers.) So who's on the guest list?

TIFA: Well, of course, the bridesmaids, your mother, Elena and, believe it or not, Scarlet.

YUFFIE AND AERIS: Scarlet!?

TIFA: Well, maybe she won't show up... But I figured she'd get you an expensive gift!

AERIS: (Giggling.) Ooh, you're right!

(The doorbell rings, and Rose walks in, closing the door behind her.)

ROSE: Party time! Where's the food?

AERIS: (Pointing at some trays of crackers, chips, dip, cheese, etc, and some drinks.) Take whatevever food you want, but no booze at your age!

ROSE: (Giggling.) Oh, man! (She hands Aeris the present, and goes to get something to eat.)

AERIS: Can I open it now, Tiff?

TIFA: Not until everyone else arrived!

(The doorbell rings again.)

AERIS: Ooh, again! (Tifa opens the door.)

ELENA: (Walking in. Fancy accent.) I don't have much time... (Hands Aeris a wrapped gift.) Oh, and Scarlet couldn't make it, but she told me to give you this... (Gets out an other wrapped gift, and hands it to Aeris.)

AERIS: Wonderful, thank you! Have a seat.

INT. THE GIRLS' APARTMENT LIVING ROOM-- TWENTY MINUTES LATER

(Everyone is sitting around the table, with some light music in the background. They are snacking, and chatting happily. Elena's smoking.)

SHERA: I remember my wedding... It wasn't very formal, but it was so romantic! We honeymooned at Costa del Sol.

AERIS: We're deciding between Costa del Sol and the Icicle Inn. The beach is very romantic, but then again, so's the snow!

YUFFIE: Oh, skiing and snowboarding, that sounds like fun!

ELMYRA: Very romantic!

AERIS: Yeah, it does... And Cloud really wanted to go there, too... Yeah, the Icicle Inn does sound nice... And so romantic, just a little cabin in the snow for the two of us...

ELENA: (Holding a wine glass of champagne.) I barely have any time for romance with my busy career... Darling, I haven't been on a decent date for years!

ROSE: That's awful! How can you live like that?

ELENA: Well... I admit it, I can't. I wish I could go on dates like you girls, but my career keeps me so busy! I can't meet anybody!

YUFFIE: Great! Lemme fix you up! Please??

ELENA: (Raising her eyebrows.) You could do that? Well...

YUFFIE: Oh, I'll find someone for you! Thanks so, so much!

TIFA: Let's open the presents!

AERIS: Yeah! Yeah! (She grabs a present from the table.)

TIFA: That one's from me!

AERIS: (She opens the present carefully.) A body massage kit! Hey, this is great!! (She grins, and hugs Tifa.) Thank you so much!

ROSE: (Handing her gift to Aeris.) Open mine!

AERIS: Alright! (She smiles, and takes the gift, and opens it. It's a huge box of expensive chocolates.) Oh, this is great! Thanks, Rose!

ROSE: (Giggling.) I thought you'd like them! (She hugs Aeris.)

AERIS: And a joint gift from Shera and Mom... (She opens up another present. She takes out a silky blue nightgown.) Oh, Mom, Shera, this is gorgeous! Thank you both! (She kisses their cheeks.)

ELMYRA: The best gown they had!

SHERA: Glad you like it, Aeris!

ELENA: Here's mine. (She hands Aeris another package.)

AERIS: Ok, let's see here... (She opens it up.) Hey, this is great! (She takes out two black velvet robes.) Cloud will love this!

YUFFIE: (Handing Aeris her present.) Not as much as he'll love this!

AERIS: (She quickly opens it up, and takes out a chiffon and satin leopard print piece of sexy lingerie.) Wow, you're right, he *will* love this!

ELMYRA: Oh my!

AERIS: What's left?

ELENA: Uh, Scarlet's gift.

AERIS: Ok... Hrm, pretty small package... (Takes it and unwraps it.) Hey, a gift certificate for a free bridal makeover at Chantelle's Salon!

TIFA: Wow, classy!! Chantelle's is so exclusive!

AERIS: Guess that's everyone's gifts, right?

TIFA: Yeah... God, Aeris, I can't believe you're getting married!

AERIS: (Giggling.) Neither can I!

TIFA: (Singing.) Here comes the bride!

YUFFIE AND TIFA: (Singing.) All dressed in white!

ELENA: (Singing.) Here comes the groom!

YUFFIE: Uh, (singing, not knowing the words) something something something oom!

(The whole group starts humming the rest of the song, except Tifa.)

TIFA: (Suddenly remembering something, and looking annoyed, slapping her forehead. Through the humming.) Damn... I'll be right back, guys... I have to go pick up my coat from Cloud and Vincent's apartment. I promise, I'll be right back!

(She leaves, and the girls barely notice.)

INT. THE GUYS' APARTMENT LIVING ROOM-- EVENING

(Vincent is sitting on his couch, flicking through channels on his TV, depressed. The doorbell rings, Vincent turns off the TV, sighs, and gets up. He opens the door, and Tifa walks in.)

TIFA: Oh, hi Vince. I just left my coat in here... (Walks over to a table, and picks up her coat. She then notices how sad Vincent looks.) What's wrong, Vin?

VINCENT: Didn't she tell you?

TIFA: Who?

VINCENT: Yuffie. (He sighs again.)

TIFA: Tell me what?

VINCENT: She... She... (Sighs, and blurts it out.) She slept with Rodney!

TIFA: Your brother!? What!? How do you know??

VINCENT: Rodney told me himself...

TIFA: That's so horrible... Oh, Vinnie... (She hugs him gently.) I'm so sorry...

VINCENT: Thanks...

TIFA: I barely understand why she broke up with you, Vincent... You're so handsome, and sweet, and romantic... You're smart... You...

(Vincent is looking at her while she says these things, and all of a sudden, he kisses her. She looks shocked.)

TIFA: (Surprised.) Vincent? (She hesitates, then they kiss again, longer. But then, she pulls away.) I can't do this Vincent... This is wrong. You... You're just on the rebound... You feel like you need affection, from just about anyone. But you've got to face the music- you love Yuffie.

VINCENT: I know I do... God, I love her more than anything...

TIFA: Vincent, let's just forget we ever kissed.

VINCENT: Yeah... Let's just forget it. It's ancient history.

TIFA: But you know... Maybe it will help you understand why Yuffie and Rodney had sex... Yuffie felt like she needed some love, and, well... Rodney is the closest thing to you.

VINCENT: I suppose... But it still hurts...

TIFA: (Rubbing Vincent's shoulder gently.) I understand... It hurt when I saw that other woman with Rude, too, you know? But you know... (Grinning at him.) You know, I know you... You're the kind of guy who won't stop with anything beneath perfection.

VINCENT: Uh, I am?

TIFA: Yeah! And you'll strive for Yuffie's love, until you get it! I know you can do it!

VINCENT: You do?

TIFA: Course!

VINCENT: Thanks, Tiff... (They hug.)

INT. THE GIRLS' APARTMENT LIVING ROOM-- EVENING

(Tifa walks back into the room. Elena, Shera, Rose and Elmyra are gone. Aeris and Yuffie are playing cards.)

AERIS: Tifa! Why'd you take so long?

TIFA: Oh, uh, traffic!

YUFFIE: Tifa, you walked there, the apartment's across the street!

TIFA: Your point is? (Struggling for an excuse.)

YUFFIE: (Pausing.) Here, we were playing chess. You can be the referee, if you want!

TIFA: Why don't we play Twister?

AERIS: Twister?

YUFFIE: (Jumping up.) Twister!! (Runs to get it from her room, and sets it out.) I love Twister! Ok, ok, I'll be the first spinning person. Ok, this spin's for Aeris! (She spins the dial.) Right hand green!

AERIS: (Giggling, and putting her right hand on the green.) Right hand green...

TIFA: This is what friends are for!

YUFFIE: (Spins the dial.) Left foot yellow!

TIFA: Left foot yellowww! (She puts her foot on yellow.)

YUFFIE: Ooh, let's make this a girls night! We can watch all the romantic movies we want... (Spins the dial.) Left hand red! (Aeris puts her left hand on red, laughing.)

TIFA: Ooh, yeah! We can also play Truth or Dare, like we did when we were thirteen!

YUFFIE: You guys are the best! (Spins the dial.) Right foot, blue!

(The camera fades out on the girls giggling and playing Twister. The credits show, and so does a short epilogue.)

INT. RUDE'S APARTMENT-- EVENING

RUDE: (Kissing a red-headed woman. The phone rings.) Oh, damn it... Lemme get that. (He puts the phone on speaker mode.) Hello?

WOMAN ON PHONE: (Faked British accent.) Hello, Rude! Do you have company?

RUDE: Well, actually, I'm sort of with Jenna at the...

WOMAN ON PHONE: I'll make it quick... You left your boxers over at my place last night, I'd appreciate if you could come pick them up...

RUDE: WHO is this??

WOMAN ON PHONE: Oh, and I got *the pictures* developed... We look really good, though the birthmark on my hip looks a little strange...

JENNA: (Furious, getting up.) I can't believe you!

RUDE: I don't even know who that woman is!

JENNA: Goodbye, Rude! (Walks out, and slams the door.)

(Camera moves to Tifa, who's on the phone, with Aeris and Yuffie giggling in the background. Tifa quickly hangs up, and the girls all crack up, and high five each other.)
