Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on Monday December 19th, 1972 to parents Tom & Lin. She was later joined by brother Cory who was born 10 years later. Alyssa began her acting career at the age of 8 starring as July in the Broadway production of the Tony Award winning play "Annie." Along with the play, Alyssa spent t he next few years acting in various other plays until 1984. In 1984 she got the roll of Samantha Micelli in the hit TV series "Who's the Boss?" In the series eight years she won three "Best Supporting Actress" awards from the "Youth in Film" organization. Alyssa's success in "Who's the Boss" allowed her to branch out in to other branches of the arts. In 1984 she made her bigscreen debut in Old Enough. A year later she starred in Commando as Arnold Schwarzeneggar's daughter. Her movie career has led her to various different roles such as Marion in Double Dragon the Movie and Charlotte in the sultry Embrace of the Vampire. Along with movies Alyssa had a singing career for a while. This is a little known fact in the USA because her album releases were in Europe and Japan. Currently her career has Alyssa starring in the movie Hugo Pool and as a member of the "Melrose Place" cast.

Alyssa Milano is a 25-year-old actress who has appeared in over 20 movies. Most people first saw her playing Arnold Schwarzenegger's daughter in Commando in 1985 or as Samantha Micelli, daughter of Tony Danza's character in the 80s sitcom Who's The Boss?. In the 90s Alyssa has made some distinct steps away from her "innocent girl growing up" image, including starring in the CBS TV movie about the Amy Fisher/Joey Buttafuoco situation. She followed in Drew Barrymore's path in the 1995 film Poison Ivy II: Lily (Barrymore played one of the competing Amy Fishers on "Amy Fisher night", when each of the three networks carried a made-for-TV Amy Fishermovie; She also played the lead in the first Poison Ivy film.). She also made notable appearances in Double Dragon, the racy Embrace Of The Vampire, and last year's Fear.
