The Story
In her "adventures," Buffy meets Angel, a vampire who has turned good. Angel remains a mysterious dark stranger, but a helpful one. Though there was that one time he was turned evil again, they have since then grown distant(due to their love... kind of complicated). Angel ends up leaving the city (and the show), and moving to Los Angelos (the City of Angels) and his new WB show, Angel.

Episodes I stopped writing episode summaries because there are already some really good ones (for the most recent season) can be found at Buffy.com.

Based on the movie, a young woman moves to Sunnydale, California, to get away from it all. Unfortunately, Sunnydale happens to be the Hellmouth, where all demons, vampires, and other uglies collaborate. Buffy is caught between two worlds: one of a normal high school girl, and the other of a Slayer, to protect the world from those monsters that just keep trying to take it over. Her Watcher, Giles, teaches her and plays the father-figure that she has never had. A few of her school chums also end up finding out her secret: Willow plays the "nerdy" but supportive friend, and Xander plays the "dorky" slacker always with a witty remark at hand. Later on, Xander and Willow realize that they have feelings for each other, but at the same time, are dating other people (Xander and Cordelia, Willow and Oz).
