Baseball Team In Regent Park North

John Locicero sent this picture of his baseball team.
Unfortunately he didn't send me any information.
The team was called Bud Price's St. Davids.
If I'm not mistaken Bud Price was an alderman and
St. David was the ward that Cabbagetown was in.
It looks to me like this picture was taken behind 600 Dundas.
