The
television show "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" has been airing on ABC's TGIF
lineup since September of 1996. Based on the popular comic strip
from Archie Comics, the
series focuses on a teenage girl who learns she has magic powers and must
learn to use them to earn her witches liscense. In the current season,
Sabrina must, from an assortment of clues, discover the mysterious family
secret. The episode where she discovers it has already been filmed,
and we know no more than that it has something to do with a luau.
For the fall of 1999, the creators have two new spin-offs--a "Sabrina" animated series, and a new series called "Spells Trouble", spun off from the episode when Cousin Marigold and her daughters lose their powers when she falls in love with a mortal plumber. What was that?
