| The North Shrine was erected in honor of Marvel comics, specifically, the X-Men. This has been the biggest influence on my life for as long as I can remember. The X-Men are and might always be my favorite comic book characterers of all time. The X-Men were created in the sixties by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee. Throughout the years, they have gone trhough great story lines, not so great story lines, and many roster changes. Here are the current X-Men. The Man from Room X(ny)/? (ny) !means that they are not on the team yet but will be by the next story line!
